Service Description

Would you like to do yoga? But you are too busy with family and household? Do you have an irregular job? If you manage to get to yoga class at all, you are always stressed out and late? That doesn't have to be the case. I will come to your home whenever you want. Even at short notice. Float with grace. Pranayama, Vinyasa, Hatha yoga and meditation. I prefer to give individual sessions (or up to a maximum of 3 people), as this is the best way for me to respond to individual needs. I bring meditation music, yoga mats, bands, blocks and cushions with me. Travel expenses plus CHF 1/km from Zurich.
